Fluff Stuff Yarn is another beginner-style yarn with a variety of colors. Compared to Easy Peasy and Hejin, it’s slightly thicker, when mixing with other yarns using a 3.75mm hook is recommended.

Similar to Easy Peasy, Bernat Maker yarn comes in different colors and can be a little cheaper than Easy Peasy. It’s also a tiny bit thinner and may change the shape if mixed with another yarn in the body of the piece.

Clover hooks are comfortable to use for long periods of time and feel smooth pulling through yarn. Get the full set, or a 4.0mm/G individual hook.

For a natural stuffing alternative, this cotton fiber is reasonably priced. Since this is natural, you may find other organic matter mixed in. Make sure to pull it apart before stuffing to keep it fluffy.
